I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Nicole from Adscale—she has truly gone above and beyond in helping us set up and optimize our account. From the start, she has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive, making our experience with Adscale much smoother than I anticipated. Having one dedicated point of contact for our campaigns has been a game-changer, and I’ve learned so much along the way!
Before Adscale, we were working with expensive agencies, but thanks to Nicole’s guidance, I’ve been able to fully manage our ad campaigns myself—a major win, especially as we aim to run a leaner, more cost-effective business in 2025.
That said, while the service and support have been exceptional, I do have some concerns about the Adscale platform itself. It feels buggy, slow to load and navigate, and it lacks some of the functionality and control I’d like to see. At times, I’ve considered shifting away from Adscale to manage campaigns directly on ad platforms for better efficiency and performance optimization. Also, I'm not sure how much insight I'm getting from the AI tech. I want to see how the optimization is working and data to back it up. Without that, I keep wondering if I could save a ton of money by just managing my campaigns directly in Meta and Google.
Overall, Nicole is a rockstar, and Adscale has provided a great stepping stone for transitioning away from expensive agency management. But I do hope they improve the platform’s speed, usability, and features to make it a long-term solution for serious advertisers.
Would I recommend Adscale? Yes, especially if you’re looking to simplify ad management. But be prepared for some platform limitations.
I've been with AdScale for about 5 months now on their managed service and have thoroughly enjoyed working with our account manager Ksenyia. She's been attentive and on top of any changes that need to be made. When there were some small technical issues in the beginning, I was given direct access to their CTO to resolve the issue. I can say AdScale does their best to accommodate their clients.
Positive Initial Experience with AdScale
I've been using the AdScale app for about a month now, and so far, the experience has been quite promising. The app functions smoothly and integrates well with my workflows. While I haven't seen the sales numbers I was hoping for just yet, I understand that these systems take time to optimize and learn from the data. Therefore, I'm planning to continue using the program for another two months, giving it the opportunity to further refine its performance and hopefully deliver better sales results.
During this initial period, I encountered a few issues and had several questions. I want to extend a special thanks to Diana from the AdScale customer support team. Her assistance has been invaluable. She was not only quick to respond but also incredibly patient and thorough in resolving my problems and answering my queries. It's refreshing to see such dedicated customer support, and it definitely enhances the overall user experience with AdScale.
I'll be back to leave another review in two months, hopefully with more insights on improved sales performance. For anyone considering AdScale, my experience so far has been positive, especially thanks to the support team backing up the app.
