I just started my partnership with AdScale. The campaigns have only been running for 10 days. There haven't been many orders so far, but I'm getting all the instructions I need to improve the performance of my ads.

Mijn ervaring met Adscale is ronduit teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin had ik problemen met de koppeling van mijn Shopify winkel. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om hulp te krijgen, was telefonisch contact niet mogelijk. Pas nadat ik een slechte review had geplaatst, werd ik benaderd door meerdere supportmedewerkers. Ze boden aan mij te helpen, de trialperiode met 2 maanden te verlengen en 2 maanden beheerondersteuning te bieden, op verzoek dat ik mijn slechte review zou verwijderen. Het is jammer dat ik eerst een slechte beoordeling moest schrijven om serieus genomen te worden. Als klant verwacht ik gewoon tijdige en goede hulp, zonder dat ik mijn frustraties publiekelijk hoef te uiten.

Hoewel de koppeling na veel moeite eindelijk werkte, ben ik absoluut niet tevreden over de app zelf. Het programma is ingewikkeld, onoverzichtelijk en verre van gebruiksvriendelijk. Zelfs het maken van een eenvoudige remarketingcampagne bleek een frustrerende en onduidelijke ervaring. Het aanmaken en beheren van campagnes en advertentiegroepen in het algemeen is verwarrend en tijdrovend.

Daarnaast merkte ik tot mijn schrik dat campagnes die ik had uitgeschakeld, na een tijd vanzelf weer geactiveerd werden. Dit gebeurde meerdere keren. Gelukkig zag ik het op tijd, maar dit soort fouten kan leiden tot onnodige kosten, en dat is onacceptabel.

Uiteindelijk kies ik ervoor om mijn campagnes rechtstreeks via Facebook Ads Manager te beheren. Dit is eenvoudiger, overzichtelijker en bovendien gratis. Facebook biedt daarnaast telefonische ondersteuning, wat ik bij Adscale erg mis.

Kortom, Adscale is niet de juiste keuze voor mij. Het werkt niet zoals ik verwacht van een professionele tool en het gebrek aan overzicht en gebruiksvriendelijkheid maakt het nog minder aantrekkelijk. Ik raad deze app niet aan

It took some time to set everything up, but once AdScale started optimizing my campaigns, the results were undeniable. My sales have increased, and my targeting is way better.

From Blaqnaira.com, new to E-commerce and drop shipping, I didn't realize ads and marketing was going to be a bigger challenge than building a shop and choosing my products. then I ran into AdScale, super easy to work with. After setting up my ads which was very easy with video assistance I started seeing progress on my stats. I got help from one of their staffs Nicole super awesome lady, very patience and went above and beyond to make sure my ads are properly setup for success. I can't wait to start hitting my milestones as far as sales are concerned but I definitely recommend AdScale for beginners and newbies like me.

my facebook is suspanded but still i got charged for my subscription, i dont understand what is the problem

The support is abrubt and dissapointing for the amount of money the app costs. They just pull the ads from facebook, nothing AI about this app, no optimization.

This is a good app with in-depth customer analysis. I think we could benefit a lot more from it's features as we get to use it more. As someone with a base knowledge of Google/Meta Ads, AdScale has been incredibly helpful in taking some stress off of my plate.

The company, Nicole and Rafael especially, has gone out of it's way to walk me through processes, provide clarity, and shown me small tricks to better use their product.

The different audiences and ease of use on this site has changed how I approach sales for the positive. And the data that is readily available makes it easy for me to change and adapt my own practices as well.

Only thing that could make this better would be some kind of back end linking to media systems like Canva or already available images that I have uploaded elsewhere, so I can be more flexible on uploading media.

Really effective app, built by a team of practitioners that understand what a small business owner needs from an app like this. If you are managing your own campaigns, you are likely to love this app. Main points: 1) Even in the early stages, the app-generated campaigns are likely to lower your Cost of Acquisition on FB and Google. 2) Cold targetting campaigns on FB work extremely well at reaching the right consumers. 3) The thinking and segmentation tools built into the app focus your actions - you run better campaigns as a result, and get actionable management information back that reaches beyond advertising.

Ich kann die Software überhaupt nicht Empfehlen. Derzeit fühle ich mich wie einem Teilnehmer eines Beta Programmes.
* Sync Probleme. In den Channels die die Software verwaltet sehe ich nur Fehlermeldungen. Ich muss dann wieder auf Sync drücken damit der Fehler behoben wird. Auch Fehlermeldung bezüglich der Reichweite usw.
* Bis dato keine Conversations aus der App.
Der Support ist in der tat bemüht.
* Nach einem Meeting kam wurde dann behauptet das dass Budget zu klein war und die Zeit zu kurz.

Fazit: Ich habe die Kampagne jetzt selber bei Google aufgesetzt und erziele jetzt schon bessere Ergebnisse als mit dieser Software. Davor hatte ich nicht mal eine Conversation bei sehr hohen ausgaben. Auch das Anlegen der Campagne ist scheinbar auch nicht so toll. Rat vom Profi war eine andere Form zu wählen. Dann kann man es selber machen.

Auch kam kein dem Gespräch raus was die Software eigentlich macht. Das einzige was die App kann ist Budget von A nach B Transferieren. Ab das einem 120 Euro im Monat wert ist mag ich zu bezweifeln. Mal davon abgesehen von den ganzen anderen Problemen.

Letzte Nacht bekam ich eine neue Meldung von Facebook wegen einer neuen Kampagne, Die App hatte ich war deinstalliert. Hat allerdings scheinbar trotzdem noch Anzeigen hoch geladen. Die Anzeige stammt definitiv nicht von mir und hat nun sehr viel kosten verursacht.

One of the most straightforward onboarding processes I've ever had. Adscale's software creates all your Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads as per your specifications within a matter of minutes. After that, it's just about conversions that again, between Rafael's weekly calls and the app's AI algorithm have you feeling very comfortable your ads are in the best of form.

I've been using ADSCALE for the past 4 months. From day to day I get better results for my campaign. I do recommend having their one-on-one support at least for the beginning.

I just started using this App. With how Facebook Ads Manager reports it is difficult and next to impossible to get information that I can use to make business decisions. Adscale seems to have created a dashboard that tells me in 3 seconds exactly what I need to know. Very good feeling about that. Rafael has shared some good insights.

A bit pricey, but the experience with Adscale has been positive thus far, and I've only been using it for a couple of days. The platform is great, and the onboarding team, specifically Rafael, provided exceptional support. Although we've encountered a few challenges with the initial run due to our lack of knowledge, Rafael expertly guided us through the process and was able to bring us back and come up with a game plan for us. So far, I can for sure say that it's not just an app you install and let it blow through your budget, but it's backed by great customer support that will help you and guide you to get better results.
