Really robust system, with a lot of features and possibilities, yet easy to setup and even easier to let run and optimize. The support from Nicole has been amazing and a MAJOR help as we got going. Her knowledge of the platform is outstanding and she has been able to easily spot ways that we can improve and get the most out of the system. Thank you!

We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases.

The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments.

This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!

At the time of writing, we have used AdScale for our Google and Facebook ads for over a month. Overall, we have been mightily impressed and would certainly recommend to others.

I cannot recommend this app enough, our businesses (we use it for both) have scaled significantly since we started using it.
