Where do I start. First off ROAS is crazy, never seen anything like it. Second and actually the real reason UI love it - NICOLE, what a legend. Best support I've ever had on any app. She's in the chat, I feel like I know her. We had our meta account disabled (weird annoying reason) and Nicole ot our ai ads back up and running in no time, she's incredible. I'd poach her if I could. She makes it! (only 4 stars because there's a couple of tiny glitches in the software I don't love)
So far (2 mos in), I'm VERY HAPPY! So many reasons.
I've spent the past 10 plus years "Trying" to figure out Meta and Google. BIG PAIN!!! Gave up essenually.
Went to Preflect but was way too limited.
Found AdScale and WOW...
- Real and Verifiable analytics!
- Easy Ad placement
- Lot's of options avaiable to pump more money to individual ads if need be.
- ROAS is higher than ever due to their AI !!! I'm seeing 9X and higher consistently! (before I never acheived more than a 4X ROAS)
- Live Support!!!!!!!!!! on Chat. Few bother now a days.

I don't know how to describe my feelings.. I am so happy that I can't express it.. At first, I was angry because when a problem happened, I didn't find a direct response from support and I discovered that the matter was related to the country's seasonal holidays... Another thing, I hope that anyone using the app pays attention to their personal mistakes while creating ads... More changes... more edits... creating new ads affects the ads negatively in general, and instead of taking a short time for approval and review, with many edits it will take longer.. In fact, the app is absolutely wonderful.. Catalog ads, images, and videos work perfectly.. One of the best apps I have used so far.. I recommend everyone work with them because they are truly wonderful in dealing with people and have very high morals. I don't even know why I was angry.. Thank you very much, I wish you success, and may we always succeed through you.
