Where do I start. First off ROAS is crazy, never seen anything like it. Second and actually the real reason UI love it - NICOLE, what a legend. Best support I've ever had on any app. She's in the chat, I feel like I know her. We had our meta account disabled (weird annoying reason) and Nicole ot our ai ads back up and running in no time, she's incredible. I'd poach her if I could. She makes it! (only 4 stars because there's a couple of tiny glitches in the software I don't love)
Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows what she’s doing. She has a clear and well-structured strategy that really makes a difference. She helped me understand how AdScale works and guided me step by step with a precise plan.
