Ruinous results, broken discount promises, and awful customer support!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with AdScale. I decided to try their platform during the 14-day free trial period. During this time, support offered me a 50% discount on my first month to keep using the app. I accepted the offer immediately while still within my trial window.

To my shock, they ended up charging me the full, exorbitant price of $169.00 USD! When I questioned customer service about this, a representative named Katlyn gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming the discount would only apply to the following month because of some technical link delay on their end. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive billing behavior. They didn't even bother to offer a prorated charge for the short duration I actually used the platform before uninstalling.

Beyond the terrible billing experience, the app's performance was financially ruinous for my e-commerce store. I spent a significant amount of money on their automated Google Ads campaigns with virtually zero return. On one Performance Max campaign, the cost per conversion reached a shocking R$ 255.00 for a single purchase, and another stayed at an unsustainable R$ 89.46 per conversion. Their 'AI' does not optimize anything; it just drains your budget.

To top it all off, customer support takes days to respond to urgent issues, making you lose precious time and money. The monthly subscription fee is incredibly exaggerated for the lack of results they deliver.

Avoid this app if you care about your margins and expect honest billing practice. I am demanding a full refund.

Facebook and Google have both advised to stop using. Adscale is ruining our reach and sales. The system is very buggy and has a lot of issues now. Not sure what they have done, but after using them for over a year it is terrible now!!

AdScale has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The AI-powered campaign automation etc makes it much easier to manage ad's and our manager Kesniya is flawless. She does an amazing job for us! The setup was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive whenever we needed help. Overall, it's a very reliable tool to up your sales!
