Excellent customer service. Orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Customers love the products. They have always gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I may have. Highly recommend this app.
Had issues at every step of the way, including my card being charged 37 times for a single order, a few orders never getting processed, and discrepancies with item quantities being sent. I held out and wanted to give this a good review, but it just didn't work out.
Thank you for submitting your review. This customer was gracious enough to work with our support team in troubleshooting some initial problems with the app that have since been corrected. We have spent an enormous amount of time and energy with our development team to ensure that these issues have all been fixed.
We have also implemented live chat support in the app assist customers with problems as they occur. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our app and thankful to the customer for helping improve the app for other store owners.
