Great customer service experience. The app itself was easy to install and has a simple design. Apparently Shopify updated its policies regarding google (Not sure what or why?). This caused our app to have an error. The owner offered a google Meet, quickly resolved the problem and then too the initiative to offer a handful of modifications to our settings to improve user experience.

This app is fantastic! The features are simple yet incredibly effective. It does exactly what it promises without any unnecessary complexity. Easy to use, straightforward, and perfect for anyone looking for a no-fuss solution. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic app! The support team is top-notch and incredibly responsive, even offering a Google Meet to guide me through the setup process. They are super fast in answering questions and go above and beyond to solve any issues through WhatsApp messaging and video sharing.
