Had a very fast response to a complicated discount ‘glitch’ when various discount and non discount products got added to cart. Bruce was very patient and took time to listen to all of my feedback, then investigate and correct it very quickly. Our little nonprofit store needed the ability to give a certain segment of our customers a discount, and Shopify did not enable the method (Automatic Discount by Order). When I found the Advanced Automatic Discounts app I was hopeful. After installing, it works flawlessly! Our customers get the discounts and we don't have to pay exorbitant fees. The customer support is superior! Of course the dev team is in a different time zone than we are, but nonetheless they were very engaging, did not hesitate to trouble shoot our campaign issues and quickly set up a Zoom call to engage our team and remedy the issue (which turned out to be my operator error (PEBKAC: An acronym for "problem exists between keyboard and my chair"
