We need it in saudi arabia country . Most of popular payment is COD in Saudi arabia.

Please make this app for other countries! I need to add transaction fee to my COD and there is no other app for that.

So you install the app thinking of all this amazing features detailed in the description and then you install it and it only works in India... Come on Shopify... At least specify this limitation and hurry up on opening this to all countries please!
