Useless app.
First of all, COD option appears in the "Shipping section" whereas it is a payment option.
Second, COD option appears in the payment section even though you pay online resulting in a loss!
Unless these guys solve these issues, this app solves no purpose

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We hear your concern, in our recent update we’ve improved the checkout experience of ACOD.
a)Once COD is chosen, the customer is not shown any other payment mode of checkout completion
b)To choose another payment mode, the customer will need to go back to ‘shipping’ and select ‘prepaid’

So you install the app thinking of all this amazing features detailed in the description and then you install it and it only works in India... Come on Shopify... At least specify this limitation and hurry up on opening this to all countries please!
I couldn't see any dashboard. It is often redirecting and reloading itself. Useless App............
Waste, simply waste of time app - No support from Shopify. Used to work well then stopped showing the COD payment option.

Wasted my time with this app. additional amount entered for COD shipment is not showing/added while checkout

Initially I had not added any postal codes for COD because I wanted COD option for PAN India but with this it was showing COD for International orders as well.Then I added INDIAN Postal codes CSV file but still its showing COD is activated for International orders.And no body is able to resolve this issue

this app is useless i contact shopify many times to solve my problem like i want to limit cash on delivery for some products but there is no option for that just wow useless app
