The COD option, completely disappears with this app, please fix this bug.

I understand the Cash on Delivery option disappears. You'll want to ensure that you have rates set up within Advanced Cash on Delivery and Settings > Shipping in your Shopify admin. Advanced Cash on Delivery is a great Shopify app for COD with easy setup, verification, and fraud prevention. However, it lacks a crucial feature: user blocking. This is a major drawback for stores dealing with COD fraud.
Improvement Idea: Implement user blocking to prevent repeat offenders and suspected fraudsters from placing COD orders.
While valuable, Advanced Cash on Delivery could be even better with this addition. I recommend it to other stores, but urge the developers to prioritize user blocking functionality.

Lot of glitches in the app, basically when you setup you cannot save the changes so I dont know why does this app even exist as its not useable

Worst service and worst app. The different fees for COD based on order price does not work. COD option vanishes altogether.
