We purchased the Electro theme from Arena about 6 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The theme continues to function smoothly and meets all our expectations. We also had a few modifications and small changes that we wanted, and the Arena support team was quick to accommodate them.
They even went beyond their customer support policy to make small customizations for us. Their customer service has been truly impressive, always responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend this theme and their support!
This was my first time asking for support in the custom field. The Support team fixed my issue with no problem and their support communication was great.

I had a quirky issue, and once I reached tech support, they fixed my issue in less than 24 hours. Wow. That was great.
The app has been incredibly helpful in setting up a custom modification for my Shopify product page. I couldn't be happier.
Terrible support.
We used this app to make custom fields for FAQ pages on each product we then added a link to our FAQ page. The url is correct . However when you click on it goes to a 404 page because is doubles the url.
Reached out to support for over a week. They finally got back to resolve the issue.
This is an amazing app with very powerful features that meet all our needs for a professional store. The customer support is just out of this world. They are very fast and kind. They resolved my issue in less than one hour. Full marks to customer support team and technical support team.
They've recently improved their support communication, so we're updating the review.. because when the app works, its great. Hopefully going forwards, everything will work as expected.
