VEERAH

You cannot add links, bolds, underlines, etc to the answers; just plain text. You cannot even use symbols. And the drop-downs don't have arrows, so it's not intuitive to click on them. I thought the answers just weren't showing.

NO use. Better you just create a page in shopify and add the FAQs there. Name it as FAQ.

This is all that this app will do.

After writing in about 17 questions WITH answers!!! I realized there is no way of integrating the FAQ to my store. this is unbelievable.

Not a very good app. There is no guidance whatsoever on how to integrate the app into the store. I am just going to manually make an FAQ page.

IVE BEEN DECIEVED....

Too Simple, no customisation, Not worth it, NOT EVEN BARELY ADVANCED, BARE BONE.

The end result can be very VERY easily made without this app, using shopify's own Page Editor with the basic functions.

All you get is create categories, then add some Q&A and THATS IT. . . . . . . .
NO CUSTOMISATION, NO COLOR OPTION, NO FONT OPTION, NO THEMES OR LAYOUT OPTION, NO SPACING, NO ALIGNMENT and my features

This should be renamed, "SIMPLE FAQ" or "LAZY FAQ"
