Advanced Fulfillment Rules lets you create simple rules that routes an order to a location such as a warehouse based on the shipping address country or state. It takes moments to set up and then you can use the app to move orders, safe in the knowledge they are going to the right place. Once you're up and running you can set the app to fully automatic mode, so orders are moved to the correct location the moment they are created or paid for!

Moving orders with Advanced Fulfillment Rules couldn't be easier.

Simply select the shipping country or state you want orders to be moved and the location (i.e. warehouse) you want to move orders to

Now every time you move an order with the app, it will check the shipping address country and state, then check for a matching rule. If it finds one, it will move the fulfillment location for that order to the matched location.

Automatically Moving Orders

Once you are happy with how the app works and the rules are performing as expected, you can turn on automatic moving of orders. This will fully automate the process of moving orders as described above and you can go back to concentrating on more important things in your business

How it works

If you have 3 rules

  1. Fulfill orders with shipping address state California at West Coast Warehouse
  2. Fulfill orders with shipping address country United States at East Coast Warehouse
  3. Default Rule fulfill orders at Canada Warehouse

And 3 orders

  1. Order #1001 ship to California, United States
  2. Order #1002 ship to New York, United States
  3. Order #1003 ship to Quebec, Canada

They will be fulfilled at the following warehouses

  1. Order #1001 fulfill from West Coast Warehouse
  2. Order #1002 fulfill from East Coast Warehouse
  3. Order #1003 fulfill from Canada Warehouse

**UDPATE**
Alex reached out to me and let me know that my emails were going to spam to clarify my questions. **REVIEW** This app is great but it is missing one key piece. It does not have the ability to move individual products in an order so if there is one product stocked at the default fulfillment location it won't adjust any products on the order. I was told this functionality is coming soon, when it does it will update to 5 stars as that is all that is missing.

Initially had some trouble with the app and the team spent hours trying to resolve our issues until it was working exactly how we needed it to work. There is no other Shopify app that is able to do what this app does - so glad they came out with this app - it makes our fulfillment process 10x easier!

Happy Campers Gluten Free

This app is a life saver! Works flawlessly. We have 2 fulfillment centers, one on the West and one on the East Coast. For inventory tracking and forecasting purposes, we need to know what warehouse an order ships from. Shopify has Locations functionality, but amazingly no way to automatically assign a Location to an order based on State or Zip. I've been searching for an app that could automatically do this seemingly super basic and super essential function for a loooong time and finally this is it. This app had no reviews, so I was hesitant, but it works perfect and does exactly what we need. A+++!
