We have seeked answers from the app-developers about this app many times during several years without any replies.
We keep on being charged without the app working at all and it has messed up our entire store. Avoid this app.

I've sent two emails to support, and I waited over a week for a response to each one. The support has been absolutely nonexistent. So far, this is the worst app I've ever installed, and I use more than 15 apps on my website.
The support team is slow to respond, and I was charged before I could even use it properly. It’s heartbreaking. Please be cautious before downloading.
