Dealing with this app has been a total nightmare. They have applied changes to our live website theme that made the 'Add to Cart' button not visible on the product page, causing us to lose $$ in a day! Now, we need to spend extra money for an expert to retract what they did. Also, it's been weeks of going back and forth with them trying to set up the app, and we have not achieved anything! Installing this app is very disappointing and a total waste of time and money. Never again.

I encountered a tech problem recently and the person who was in charge of my case, Kawaljeet, was really helpful and responded to me nicely and promptly. It's a useful Pre-order app and accommodates the need sufficiently. Try this app and you won't regret it.

After a month I found another bug with this app regarding mixed orders. When the buyers purchase pre-order products and in-stocks together, the app can only split the payment on the first product that is put in the cart. The app does not give me an option to correct the balance amount, so it becomes a big problem to me. Keeping collecting wrong balance amount makes more of my workload because I have to communicate with buyers back and forth. Worse than that, it makes my store unprofessional.
No one in this team help fix the bug, but on the contrary, keeps telling me everything is fine with their demo store and they never notice this from other users. So I will have to look for another app and do the migration, which is painful. The app provides many useful functions as usual, but there are glitches and bugs always happen sometime and somewhere. I am just tired of it.

This app really helps to grow business and order volume. Nicely build app and all settings and configurations are easy to use. Support staffs are very responsive. They are ready to help in case you face any difficulty or issue. Very Impressive.

Easy to deal with, we used this app a few years back and re-joined recently with a new platform and its improved a lot in terms of functionality . Very responsive and good to deal with. They understand issues and happy to help.

Great app for preorders and backorders.
I had some issues but they were quickly resolved by Vipin's support. After many months of using the app, support has always been helpful when I needed anything fixed. Recommend

This app does exactly what we need it to - being able to pre order and get notified when product is back in stock leads to many more sales for our business. The customer service is always excellent and very prompt.
