First day of trying the app - already very impressed with the customer service! There are some things that could be perfected - for example, when clients want to be notified, they receive an email from "no reply" which is actually doomed to end up in a spam box... but - hey, for such a cheap price and dedicated people, maybe it's possible to tweak it all till it becomes the best preorder app on the market!!! congrats!
The support is fast and rely able. I had to add the app to my translated page and they did it for me in a few mins. Would recommend it!
Great bit of software to help enable us at Turtle TCG to provide pre-orders and a seamless deposit system.
The support team and Vipin especially are very responsive
This app has been really helpful for my website. I was stuck on one part but I logged on and spoke to a 'guru' straight away who helped me and it was all resolved within 5 minutes. Fully recommend.

Good app! Had a question and the support team was available immediately! I wanted to have this function on the homepage instead of the product page. Gave access to the support and they fixed it within 10 minutes! Recommended!!

We haven't launched yet, so haven't started accepting pre-orders, but support for the install been excellent so far. There were some display issues with the cart and notification email, however Vikas was extremely responsive, polite and helpful. Thank you!
Friendly and nice-looking app for pre-order options. Support responses are quick and really helpful.
