Technical support Team is very responsive, able and pragmatic. A big thank especially to Shikha who helped us a lot, and answered all our questions. The Advanced PreOrder App is easy to use, as much for the seller as for the customers.

First of all, the app itself is amazing and does exactly what it says it does. But the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had an issue over the weekend and I had two team members working all weekend to fix it! I will be recommending this app to everyone in need of it.

This is great app for our website. We don't carry inventory in every item so this helps us let the customer to order but expect a week. We had a minor issue with the app and we got support immediately. Thanks Vikas for the quick fix!

Has been a fantastic app! Highly recommend. If anyone is wanting an app that can auto fill a product in the customer cart then this does it. Very nice.

I had a small issue where my spli payment wasn't showing up, emailed support and 10 minutes later my issue was solved, can't be any happier with their customer service!

The team are excellent and respond well to issues and even requests for changes and improvements. The APP has good features but also needs improvements but the team are responsive and have made a few improvements already

I've been holding out on writing a review to give this app its chance to screw up...it's been several months, and a handful of orders with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I'm very happy with the product provided and more importantly the customer support when I needed it. Very happy so far.
