Vipin and the support team have been great in responding to my questions and helping me troubleshoot some issues. Since we've downloaded the app, they've also made new improvements to app.These are both great signs that this company cares about their customers and the quality of their product! I look forward to seeing what new features they add next.

We installed this app to help us display our pre-order items to our customers. Pleasing to learn the app is very user friendly. We did have to request some customizations be done, and the Shine Dezign Team were more than eager to help (Thank you Ritika & Vikas!) Wish the app could download a bit faster, maybe something could be done to help out with that. All in all though, the customer service Shine Dezign provides & their app get an A+ from us!

I tried a variety of booking apps and finally found a good one. I am Japanese, but supported me even in poor English. I am grateful.

AMAZING APP! Highly recommend this app. They did an absolutely amazing job getting us set up. They were quick to respond and very attentive. They didn't do anything that we didn't want and helped set up the app up exactly how we wanted it. Of course, the app also functions very well. I have never seen an app give such good support and customization, and do it so quickly.

Highly recommend this app for preorders. Super easy UI and best app support. They help me in configuring the app and also worked on some theme customization for me.

This app does what it says it will do. Ran into some theme trouble and support (Rikita) was awesome!. Definitely a must for any business that needs partial payment. This is a great tool. Just wish it had a list to click to see what pre orders have been set up for quicker reference.

Great app and support, had some difficulties with the shipping but received quick support and they are more than willing to help! Really appreciate it!
