The team are excellent and respond well to issues and even requests for changes and improvements. The APP has good features but also needs improvements but the team are responsive and have made a few improvements already
I've been holding out on writing a review to give this app its chance to screw up...it's been several months, and a handful of orders with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I'm very happy with the product provided and more importantly the customer support when I needed it. Very happy so far.

Finally, I found this app. It's a very user-friendly app. It's really a big help for us especially the partial payment feature. It really solved our problem. The technical support team are very helpful and responsive. A special thanks to Vipin & Vikas.

Great app for preorders and backorders.
I had some issues but they were quickly resolved by Vipin's support. After many months of using the app, support has always been helpful when I needed anything fixed. Recommend
This app does exactly what we need it to - being able to pre order and get notified when product is back in stock leads to many more sales for our business. The customer service is always excellent and very prompt.
I like the app that does exactely what i was looking for. I am not good enough in usage yet but i found all options i was looking for.
