Exactly what i was after, includes various pre order options and really helpful with support. Would recommend.
Unfortunately the app caused problems with my website, my mega menu stopped working, the add to cart button also wasn't there, the developers were trying to help but unfortunately with different issues over 3 days it was not worth continuing with the app, I deleted the app initially within 8 hours of installing and opting for the higher level, then reinstalled the free version so developers could try and fix the problems and was charged $17.99 NOT IMPRESSED

I installed this and it wasn't working. I asked the guy to help me and I gave him a collaborator account. He then discovered the problem and "fixed it" for me without asking me for confirmation or explaining the issue. He did this by uninstalling my pagebuilder (gempages), which completely broke my all product pages and filled them with java errors. I then asked him to undo what he did, and he didn't.
He should've just told me what the problem was so that I could talk with gempages to resolve the compatibility conflict, instead of uninstalling gempages WITHOUT A CONFIRMATION. I mean, who the hell does that? It's so unprofessional. We've lost sales over it and I'm still reinstalling and fixing all the pages.
Update: He worked with us to fix the issues.
We had fixed all the issues from the client's site.
I used this app to launch our new product. I tried the free version, but, it's not an actual trial, you have to upgrade to see the full app capability. Customer service was eager to help, but they were constrained by the apps capabilities for what we needed.
The app leaves behind some code when uninstalling. It has some instructions within the app admin but I had to reinstall to find out how to uninstall it completely.

This app is very useful for certain items that we sometimes sell on a pre order basis. The customer service is very responsive and helpful and ready to answer any queries.

App did precisely what its advertised, support is great, and on point 24/7, would recommend definitely to anybody, that needs this type of service

It's a nice support guy/team, but the app doesn't work. My intention was to use it for "coming soon" registration. I am specifically searching for a possibility that can send a now in-stock notification by email, not a "pre-order/pay-now" option. Though what I ran into with this app was unusable.
On the background it seeks contact with a .TK domain that is probably not reachable and that makes the app not do anything (even in production).
Consulted with support and they asked me to reinstall it again, with the effect that my 3 dial trial was over right away.
With support's help I got the "coming soon" email registration up and running, but then again, a few hours later, the app is not accessible again. Probably again due to loss of contact with the .TK domain.
Furthermore, the user interface could use come tweaking. This app is just not ready for selling (or at least the functionality I wanted).
So I uninstalled the app. I now paid for something I don't use.
So my advise to these guys. Get another back-office domain and release something more stable. Don't work with new clients on features that aren't finished. I can see effort is done, but it just doesn't work for me now.
