We had used 2 other Options apps and this one replaced them both! Incredibly user-friendly setup menus for Option Sets, and a phenomenal customer support staff. Highly recommend!
I use this app in both of my shops and it is fabulous. Easy to use and great customer support. I have recommended it to friends as well.

I did not realize Shopify only allowed three options so I bought and installed Advanced product options. I ran into some issues getting color and image swatches to show up, so I placed a support ticket with Mageworks and they had everything fixed by the next morning. Great product and amazing service.
I tried to install this app myself and met some issues. The support team responded straight away and helped with a few issues and also styling changes. Very impressed with the app and it's various options as well as the excellent customer support I have recieved so far! Top Marks! :)
I love this app! Very versatile and easy to figure out once you get the hang of the set up. The tech support is incredible and so helpful.
This app is easy to use and makes adding on product variants super easy. The support team is also great and works quickly to help you with any problems you may have! Super impressed with this app!
For $14.99/mo their support team needs to respond faster. I installed the app yesterday and submitted a request for installation. The team responded the next day (which isn't unreasonable, but other teams have responded within HOURS of receiving an email). While I was waiting I began creating a template that was relatively easy to do. It's not the best interface but it is doable. I received a collaboration request this morning & accepted it within 5mins because I was notified by email as soon as it came in. I have not heard anything else from their team after two emails to confirm that they have access. I also looked on Shopify to see if anyone logged in from their account, which they haven't. This is problematic because: 1. This is wasting time on my free trial. 2. As mentioned, other teams respond significantly faster.

These guys offer amazing customer support! Other apps I tried using made me wait and wait and wait for help, but for every app I've ever had with this company they have been responsive within 12 hours of messaging them. They offer free installations and are very helpful across the boards. Highly recommend.

ONLY BEEN USING FOR A DAY AND ITS PERFECT! The swatches can be manually resized to look great and uniform. Pricing is SUPEER easy to adjust. Hands down an AMAZING piece of software.
