Updating my review from 2 years ago. I've been using this app for a while now. Initially I was very happy to have to have it but now it is becoming a bit of a hassle.
I have lost money from the app not working properly because it did not charge the customer the fee for the upgrade selection.
I have had to send a lot of follow up emails to costumers to collect information because the app glitched and didn't properly capture the information.
The duplicating of items messes the look of the website and confuses customers because it says there are more products than there actually is. And there are a lot of blank product pages that you have swipe through to get to the rest of the items. Which customers are likely not going to do.
If it wasn't for the helpful staff I would have given 1 star. But they really do try to help. Its just the way the app works that is very frustrating. In the process of migrating to a different one.

Does what it needs to. Customer service is super quick and easy and my issue was solved in a few hours.

The app is great, but really is the customer service that has wowed us. Dmitry and Angelika have been quick and efficient at answering our questions and fixing our problems.

Worst app there are too many glitches. You have to ask everything to support team and they say no every time. So please be care-full before using it.

I've been using this app for nearly a year and appreciate the hard work that has gone into developing it, it's made setting up my shop so much easier and given me lots of room to expand options and satisfy my customers. I'm excited that an update to the app is coming soon to help make it run even better. And the customer service has been fantastic, always replying within a day or two, walking me through things or fixing bugs, tweaking layout. Thank you!

Advanced Product Options allows us to easily create fields to collect the information we need on the people registering for our classes or purchasing a membership. Their support team has been awesome - quickly answering all our questions and helping us with the integration of the app on our site!

Great customer service! I am by no means a coder and they installed and helped me through some issues I had. It is a little bit of a learning curve but easy enough. I needed it to have my customers upload photos and text which it does quite well. They were also able to work around the Ajax program issues. Well worth it.

We needed to add up to 18 options to some of our products and this was the answer! Our products are specialized and that means some things need to be adjusted and the tech support at MageWorx was top notch. They help me with things that I can adjust, and they fix things behind the scenes that I don't understand! Super fast and super friendly, and its included in the cost of the app! Love what this app has done for our business and how it has allowed us to generate more sales with the add on's we have put in front of our customers! Thank you so much MageWorx!!

Read the review by Wabi Cycles, it says exactly everything I want to say. The app worked GREAT for years, but then it became buggy, and after a month, its still not fixed. Their new version of the app doesn't track inventory! Its also incompatible with a shipping app I use.
They updated the app, broke it, and now I'm moving to another app. Don't fix what ain't broke!

We do understand your concerns and are truly sorry the new app version wasn't a good fit for you.
The app upgrade was a necessity. The old version has an outdated architecture and doesn't meet the latest platform's requirements. Furthermore, we were striving to avoid the unlimited generation of cloned products which concerns our valuable merchants.

However, we are still working on the app improvements and continue introducing new features constantly.
Inventory tracking without a doubt has crucial importance for ecommerce. The system was to be launched earlier, but we've faced difficulties with the implementation and had to rearrange the development strategy. The initial strategy would result in limited functionality, so we decided to postpone the release but introduce the fully operational system.
We already released the preliminary updates that prepare the basis for the general one. So we've got back to our roadmap now, and are working hard to launch the system at the earliest.

We hope you find a solution that will meet your needs perfectly. Should you ever decide to give our app another try, we are always here for you.
