I love this app! Very versatile and easy to figure out once you get the hang of the set up. The tech support is incredible and so helpful.
I did like this app, and the support was quite quick (usually within 24 hours) but I absolutely hated how they cloned your products. I ended up with 100's of extra products that made finding the ones I actually needed to very difficult. Uninstalled for this reason.

We understand your concern. The thing is that Shopify doesn't allow changing a product price on the checkout without using the standard variants or cloning the product.
Our team is working on a new update for this app, which will significantly improve the approach of how options are added to products. We will get rid of the cloned products and we will use the Shopify Variants functionality to add the options. The final product variant will be dynamically generated to reflect all chosen options. It will make all native Shopify features working correctly.

I guess it is the best app, but the perfomance on mobile was awful atleast for our android users, The app had everything I need I would rather keep using it but I do need my android users to be happy at maximium, Hope they can solve it and I'll come back with their app.
This app is easy to use and makes adding on product variants super easy. The support team is also great and works quickly to help you with any problems you may have! Super impressed with this app!
I contacted support and have not received a response in 3 days. I haven't been able to use the app or get my questions answered. For the monthly amount they are charging they should have a live chat option to contact support for help. Overall this app is not giving me a good impression.
Installation is not user friendly a shopify guru tried to install the app due to lack of communication from the developers and he was unable to install it.
in the future i would like to see better communication, an option to alphabetize options list with the click of a button and ability to edit multiple options list at a time. Being able to copy and paste a options list instead of entering one by one would be helpful also.
These guys offer amazing customer support! Other apps I tried using made me wait and wait and wait for help, but for every app I've ever had with this company they have been responsive within 12 hours of messaging them. They offer free installations and are very helpful across the boards. Highly recommend.

ONLY BEEN USING FOR A DAY AND ITS PERFECT! The swatches can be manually resized to look great and uniform. Pricing is SUPEER easy to adjust. Hands down an AMAZING piece of software.

We'd highly appreciate it if you could elaborate a bit on your concern.
The app generated cloned products before. But we released a new version recently that has a completely new working principle.
Instead of creating a clone for every product with options that a user adds to the cart, the app now creates variants for those options right inside the base product. Clones are created only if the base product reaches Shopify’s limit of 100 variants per product. In such cases, we create a clone and proceed with adding variants to it, until that clone also reaches 100 variants. Then we repeat the process. But the trick here is that we don’t create duplicate variants. If a variant with the same options already exists, we reuse that variant, instead of creating a new one.
Third-party options apps providers are limited by Shopify in many aspects. We are not allowed to change the original product price at the Checkout and are to look for workarounds.
Some apps generate clones, some create draft orders. We decided to use Shopify product variants functionality.

This app is easy to use and works perfectly with our needs to offers options to our customers. We were facing a technical issue on our shop, and within a few hours it was fixed thanks to their customer support and dev team! GREAT!
