The support team was very responsive and helpful. I had some issues, but they provided guidance and were very responsive in making custom adjustments for my Shopify store. Their staff is dedicated and will make sure you have what you need in order to succeed. Highly recommended!
Really fast support to set up.. So far so good in the development stage of our clients site. Looks like it will help with the product bundling needs
Wanted to like it from reading reviews… but approved for them to work on my website, apparently I guess the code didn’t work for the theme version I had. They installed the code and got back to me with the report that it wouldn’t work. Left the code there and my page was displaying random characters all over.

We are sorry the app didn't work for you and for the possible miscommunication.
I would like to stress out another time that the app works with your theme perfectly well. But it's incompatible with the external scrip by Dynamic Product Ads.
We didn't delete the app code to let you decide how to proceed. You could consider removing the script in question and proceed with the app testing.
Since you decided to discard the app, please let us know if you need our assistance with the app code removal. We'll resent a collaborator access request.

We had used 2 other Options apps and this one replaced them both! Incredibly user-friendly setup menus for Option Sets, and a phenomenal customer support staff. Highly recommend!

I did not realize Shopify only allowed three options so I bought and installed Advanced product options. I ran into some issues getting color and image swatches to show up, so I placed a support ticket with Mageworks and they had everything fixed by the next morning. Great product and amazing service.
I tried to install this app myself and met some issues. The support team responded straight away and helped with a few issues and also styling changes. Very impressed with the app and it's various options as well as the excellent customer support I have recieved so far! Top Marks! :)
I love this app! Very versatile and easy to figure out once you get the hang of the set up. The tech support is incredible and so helpful.
