APO Product Options, Variants

This product was just what we were looking for! We needed to add multiple choices to one product and they delivered. Their customer service is excellent! They are awesome to work with and always answer any questions and fix any issues I have made for myself (user error not the product). I highly recommend them!

On behalf of my Company, I want to say a big THANK YOU to MageWorx and this app. They basically rescued my company by making this huge update to this app. We needed a feature that will enable you to ADD PRICE (Percentage) BASED ON OPTIONS (that affect price) ABOVE. That means I can now say, "Option A adds $10, Option B adds $20, Option C adds 40% of THE TOTAL Price". That should now give me, "Option A ($10) + Option B ($20) = $30; Option C then adds (40% of $30) which is $12. Total should be ($10 + $30) + $12 = $52.

No App Does This....ONLY Advanced Product Option.

Installation instructions were pretty easy I don't have a lot of experience with html code, I ran into a small issue at the very end of the instructions. I emailed tech support and they were awesome they logged in and fixed the last 2 lines of code for me. Very professional and very fast. The only thing I would have liked is a chat window to talk to to someone rather than email.

8/6/19 - This application was working great up until a week ago. After submitting a help ticket, it took over a day to get a reply. Each email reply would take them the next day to reply and the issue is still not resolved even though we provided access to review our Apps and Orders. The "Upload" feature is not passing the file through to our Orders consistently. We can see the file path through the Shopify phone app, but nothing on the web version (we've tried multiple browsers from different PC's). Their troubleshooting effort is lacking. I get that it's probably people from overseas, but it's disappointing. Time to find another solution.

3/26/18 - After testing several different Apps, Advanced Product Options is the one we stuck to and here is why:

1. It is compatible on mobile devices (both iOS and Android). We ran into issues with other Apps in which the File Upload feature was not compatible.
2. It has the Calendar option. If you need a date in your options, this App has it.
3. It allows for Conditions on options. If you want to create options based on a previous option selected, this is a great App.
4. The pricing is reasonable. Most Apps fall into this price range, but for the features it provides as well as the support you get, it's worth it.

Hopefully this info helps in your selection process. There are a ton of great Apps out there, but you definitely need to test it out to make sure it fits your needs.

Tried for few weeks and had a little problem with it.

I send a msg to the support at 9:00AM and in less than one hour they fixed it personally for my shop. Worth every penny that I pay every month for it.

This app is amazing. The support was kind and caring about all of the customizations we needed for our store. They worked very hard to get us exactly the look we wanted. So far this has been one of the best Shopify app experiences that we have had and it has really allowed us to increase our conversions going forward. Just what I needed for some of our complex products. I still don't know how we would have done this without the app (in 20 minutes). I wish we could nest some of the options when we have multi-select (checkboxes) options.

This app is what I needed, it would be great if the installation was automatic. The team installed it for me.

This app does exactly what I need it to do, but the best part about it is the customer service. I had tinkered around with the code on my site and didn't have a straight forward installation (my issue, not the app's) so I reached out for some help installing. I had really quick turnaround and the Mageworx team was really helpful in making a couple changes that I asked for. I would definitely recommend it as an easy way to add a lot of customizations to your products.
