APO Product Options, Variants

The app design and features are good. App has some great features which other similar apps simply lack. Their support was helpful (to a degree) when it comes to basic troubleshooting and customization. However the app has a bug which prevents it to function correctly on a shopping cart page. I have created 3 support tickets in regards to the bug. In the past 18 days support didn’t respond or addressed the issue. The bug is still in production. UPDATE: Mageworx team addressed the bug in a day and everything works as expected now. Thank you Mageworx!

I guess it is the best app, but the perfomance on mobile was awful atleast for our android users, The app had everything I need I would rather keep using it but I do need my android users to be happy at maximium, Hope they can solve it and I'll come back with their app.

I needed a somewhat complicated setup for one of my products, and the customer service team was amazingly helpful in configuring it for me just the way I wanted it (shout out to Angelika). Highly recommended!

I've been tried many product options app, none of them work as functional as the "Advanced" Product Options. If you are a store owner who wants 1. customization options 2. real-time visualization of the selected options, you can either spend 3500USD ask for a developer to make it for you or, you can download this APP. And don't give up if you have any problems/issues, try to talk to the team, they have been really helpful! I wish I could use this APP at the start of my business...

This is the perfect solution for adding custom product options! Of course I wanted to try the free trial first to make sure it suited my needs. Though, I have a very customized site and couldn't get it to work quite right. So the team at mageworx.com installed it for free and even helped me with a few alterations. I HIGHLY recommend them! By far the best experience I've ever had (over lots of years) working with a Shopify app developer!

10 out of 10 customer service! They answer emails within minutes and are very helpful with any issues I run into. Couldnt recommend more!

I contacted support and have not received a response in 3 days. I haven't been able to use the app or get my questions answered. For the monthly amount they are charging they should have a live chat option to contact support for help. Overall this app is not giving me a good impression.

Installation is not user friendly a shopify guru tried to install the app due to lack of communication from the developers and he was unable to install it.

in the future i would like to see better communication, an option to alphabetize options list with the click of a button and ability to edit multiple options list at a time. Being able to copy and paste a options list instead of entering one by one would be helpful also.

I tried to many app to create my product options but did't work for me this app has to many options and excellent customer support. Thank you
