APO Product Options, Variants

I've been using APO for almost four years. At the beginning it didn't have all the functionality I was hoping for but, as they promised, they continued to work on it and make improvements. I'm now able to sync options directly with my inventory levels in Quickbooks. This is a game changer as it makes option management easier and we will have fewer issues with items being accidentally sold that are out of stock. All this functionality is great but what sets this app apart is the level of customer service they have provided. They always respond quickly to my questions and were able to make changes on the back end to suit our business needs. I've seldom experienced support this good. Thank you so much!

Our company came up with an idea for a mix & match item on our website where customers would be able to custom select various treatment vouchers to build their own package. It seemed like a simple concept that I would be able to build natively in Shopify. However, we offer a lot of different services and I discovered that the build out was not possible in Shopify because there were too many variants. Additionally, the way I had to build the pricing in Shopify was very complicated and frustrating.

I looked around at multiple different 3rd party apps and none of them did what I wanted. I was about to completely give up on the idea and then stumbled on APO Product Options. Their app was so easy to use and did precisely what I needed. Within a day I had our new item built out and live on our website. We feature this "Mix & Match" item multiple times a year in our sales and now every time it is the highest earning item on our website.

Additionally, APO Product Options has some of the best customer service I have experienced with 3rd party apps. They helped me to custom design the item on our shop and ensured everything was working perfectly. I have had a couple of small issues while using the app, all of which were user error, and every time I reach out they very quickly get back to me and have fixed the issue.

Solid app, and the reason I would recommend it is the team behind it. Support is always there and answers almost instantly, including on setup questions that were really our architecture rather than their bug. The app itself lifts the native variant limits and lets us apply option sets across the whole catalogue, which is the only practical way to run made-to-order at scale.

We've been using this app for a couple of years now. Does everything that it says on the box. But, the killer feature here isn't the app - its the support team. I've always been able to find a way to solve the problem or work around it if the app doesn't have the specific feature I need.

We have only been using APO Product Options for a short amount of time, but we cannot believe how easy the app is to use with our Shopify store and how great the customer service has been!
