I really love this app! It was easy to start using and has made our customer ordering experience so much better and I don't think we are losing sales due to ordering frustrations any more. Also, the customer service is excellent! They are always there when I need them. Thank you so much!

Finally an app that will allow you to post over 100 variants and keep all functionality that Shopify builds in. I can't convey how happy I am that this app exists, and the best part is the amazing customer service. There were a view modifications I wanted done and the team executed every one of them within a day! Doesn't get any better folks!

Great app if you offer products with many different options that exceed the 100 variant limit set by Shopify. Saves you the time of manually filling in the price of each variant as well. The support team is also friendly and responsive.

Fantastic app. Does all of the custom options that we needed for our assortments and was very easy to setup. We had one issue that required us to reach out to customer support, but Angie and Polina were amazing. They understood our issue the first time and were able to make the edits needed to resolve it quickly and accurately. This app is a must have for our shop! Update: The team is all fantastic. We've had a couple of additional issues come up as we've started to use additional parts of the system. Custom choices were not displaying the way we wanted on packing slips. We sent a message to the team and they were (once again) very quick to make edits to our packing slip so that the information displayed the way we needed. Can't say enough about their fantastic service!

Really great app but the support is lacking and the software is not reliable. Works great 90% of the time and is down randomly the other 10. Word of advice, when you use this app as a product selector and it experiences issues you get $0 in sales, because customers cannot add to cart. This is the second time its happened it 6 months and if you're looking for support you won't get it. You'll just have to wait until they fix the issue, right now ite been about 5 hours for me, middle of the day, no sales, no support from Mageworks. I'll be migrating off this app and paying a developer to program an alternative option. I would suggest looking at other options because you're likely going to have the same issue and will have to change apps later on, costing you time, money and a good chunk of lost sales.

We had quite a complicated set up on site, it took a while to get there but I have to say the Customer Service has been amazing, Angelika was very patient with me and understood everything that I wanted.

The app is very flexible, I highly recommend especially as you will be in good hands should you need to ask questions or have it set up.

Our issue was promptly resolved by MageWorx team! Angelika assisted us and corrected the issue caused by another app I installed (and uninstalled since way back when) called Bundlo: Products Bundle. Technical support is really important and I am glad that MageWorx is so reliable in assisting us when there are issues. Back to 5 stars!

This is the old issue we faced that they promptly resolved:
We had complaints from customers about wrong prices during checkout when they update the qty of optional items on the checkout page. This app causes erroneous prices and frustrated customers. Really bad for business.
