A great app that works perfectly and is a must-have for any site (like a wholesale site) that needs to have shoppers register and be pre-approved to shop. It's worked perfectly from day 1 and the talon team provides almost immediate support, and has been a great help with any questions and tips, like how to add a link to the sign- up form in your main menu. A truly top-notch app. and developer.
Great application, works perfectly and with a very nice interface. EXCEPTIONAL customer service EXCELLENT, responds very quickly and finds solutions to my requests. I still apologize to the developer if I send email after email, because it's my store and I want everything to work fast. I sincerely apologize for disturbing him because sometimes it's a holiday. In the end I am very happy with this application and also with their other application Log (I have both applications) and special mention especially of the customer service. Thanks again for your professionalism.
This app is perfect for our business website needs, it does exactly what we hoped for and more. The form designer is easy to use and creates great looking forms with a ton of options. It also seems to help greatly in keeping "automated submissions" to a minimum. Highly recommended app!

The filtering of bots was a pleasant surprise on my end too, but it does make sense.
Brilliant App and is doing everything we need in terms of adding a manual verification process to our site. Legally, we have to limit certain users from seeing certain information on our site and this is app helps us to do that. It would be great to see a Captcha tool implemented as well in the future, so hopefully that's in the pipeline.

Does everything we were looking for. We needed an app that would allow us to customize the account creation and approval experience. With Advanced Registration we can ask customers to upload tax certification files, and we have the control of approving or denying customer accounts. Thank you!
The app works well but they keep charge for the apps after I uninstalled the app. No response from the developer. This is ridiculous.

To clarify about the charge, no Shopify app can make a charge after you uninstall the app. It's not possible for apps to do that - they simply don't have a way to do it technically.
For your case, the charge showed up on your shopify bill for the last billing cycle of the app. This subscription system is automated and part of Shopify. App developers don't have any control over when the charge is made. Apps request a subscription start and Shopify handles the rest until the app is uninstalled - it's automated on our end.
You removed the app at the beginning of the new billing cycle for the app and got charged automatically for the month. Because you removed the app at the beginning of the billing cycle, I have refunded that month that you could not use.
I have a wholesale website and this app has made the approval of customers so easy compared to our old system. We have been using it for over a year and have really enjoyed it. I love that I can very easily adjust my registration questions and automated emails as our business needs change. Approving and rejecting customer accounts is super easy, and I am able to collect all of the information that I need from a customer to approve them! The fact that we can also get Mailchimp sign ups with this app is also wonderful as our wholesale newsletter is growing at a rate that we haven't seen before! Great job!
I used the app to ask for ID and business license since we are a wholesale company. I was able to customize and put explanations for the different fields. This app saves me a great deal of time and headaches, as before I had to personally email customers asking for this info. Now they register and all the required docs are there. Great app!
I have been using this app for quite a while now, and apparently, there is an issue now with my login page. I have sent the customer support already two emails on three different addresses. After more than a week still no reply.
Customer support is really really bad!

From our support records, we have sent you over 10 emails in responses to your many emails you've sent us over the last few months including an email we responded with today. Many emails you've replied to.
Indeed, we always reply to emails we receive - very usually within the same day.
If we did not reply to your email, it likely means that it was not sent to the correct address ( help@taloncommerce.com ). Our replies may have been spam filtered on your end. It could also have been spam filtered on ours though we often check for that.
