Tried the app and works fine. my site is still in testing phase though. When I tried to remove app, the registration which customer sees as first interface(I configured when using the app) is still there. Hope you can help.

This app is working very well for us. We have a wholesale website and require certain information for registration and this app has several form options for the registration page. I also like that information like addresses, phone numbers, etc are saved as Shopify customer info. I really appreciate that. Other forms I tried made the info custom meta fields, etc. I don't want customers to have to ...

I requested a million things and sent a million emails to Micheal, I thought he is going to block/delete me but he was always there, fully supportive and understanding of my tough situation and complicated requirements, I totally recommend this application as its doing a great job for me and has a lot in the future!!!

This app has done everything I needed it to do and more! The thing that puts it over the top is the service! I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and emailed the support late on a Monday Night. I got a response and solution to the problem within a half hour. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that uses Shopify!
