Nice team, they know what to do! overall app is great! If you need any customer reports such as reports divided by countries to pay your taxes it's very useful.

I needed an end of day transaction report which Shopify doesn't offer. This was simple to find and the customer service was excellent. Exactly what I need,

Our finance dept missed some reporting capabilities from Shopify, especially about adding the metafields to transactional / sales reports. Mipler solved this problem.
What is truely outstanding is their customer service. They answer so fast to any questions, and solve any probleams, that it is really wonderful.

UPDATE - We now have a need or the product and within a few days of using it again Denis has already helped us out, thank you. the product is really adaptable too. The product is clear and simple to use and is easy to customise. It also has the option to pull pretty much any data field from our website. Plus, on the chat, Denis has been endlessly helpful. Not only are his answers actually solutions to my queries, he is incredibly prompt with his responses which suggest to me I can trust he is very knowledgeable of his product and understanding of customer needs. Plus he comes across as very friendly and happy to help. Sadly we have further needs that the app cannot fulfil so will not be continuing. thank you anyway

J'adore absolument cette application, mais le point fort a indéniablement été le service client. J'avais du mal à obtenir un rapport spécifique et j'avais presque abandonné l'espoir. J'ai même contacté un expert Shopify, et il m'a donné un prix absurde pour le faire. Mais ensuite, j'ai contacté Denis de l'équipe du service client, qui était un vrai professionnel. Il a pu rapidement et facilement créer le rapport en utilisant l'application...

Utilicé esta aplicación para tener un reporte mas personalizado de mis pedidos y funciona de maravilla. Lo mejor de todo es la atención que entrega soporte. Me tocó hablar con Denis y su amabilidad fue muy útil para la resolución del requerimiento.
