Our finance department was getting frustrated with the lack of reporting directly from Shopify. Mipler has solved that problem for us and allowes us to create advanced reports with the data we need. They are great about responding to support requests when we've had questions or couldn't quite figure out what data we needed to pull for custom reports. We literally could not function without Mipler!

I need to be able to pull sales reports by vendor and product. AR has enabled me to do that, and when I have submitted questions, the've answered right away with helpful information.
So far, it's been a great help and very easy to use. I have also received an email offering help to set it up free of charge which is very appreciated.
When we made the switch to Shopify, our marketing team was thrilled because of all the tracking and data they could mine. In operations, though, we struggled with getting the information we needed to fulfill orders and manage inventory...until we found Advanced Reports. It gives us all the information we need to know what we've sold, to track costs and profit, etc... When I can't figure out how to set up a report myself, they are quick to walk me through it or even just go ahead and set it up. FIVE STARS.
