UPDATE - We now have a need or the product and within a few days of using it again Denis has already helped us out, thank you. the product is really adaptable too. The product is clear and simple to use and is easy to customise. It also has the option to pull pretty much any data field from our website. Plus, on the chat, Denis has been endlessly helpful. Not only are his answers actually solutions to my queries, he is incredibly prompt with his responses which suggest to me I can trust he is very knowledgeable of his product and understanding of customer needs. Plus he comes across as very friendly and happy to help. Sadly we have further needs that the app cannot fulfil so will not be continuing. thank you anyway

J'ai même contacté un expert Shopify, et il m'a donné un prix absurde pour le faire. Mais ensuite, j'ai contacté Denis de l'équipe du service client, qui était un vrai professionnel. Il a pu rapidement et facilement créer le rapport en utilisant l'application...

We are new to Shopify and as their standard reporting wouldn't give us what we wanted, explored our options and found Mipler. As part of our trial, Yulia organised for a custom report to be made so we could test it out. Great, quick service and totally fit for purpose. Ongoing cost is high when we only need one custom report, but will be confident if we need more that we will get great service.

This app has been great to use thus far! Denis has been very responsive and professional when needing assistance. So far, good stuff!

Really great for keeping track of your store metrics and making decisions on what to optimize for. I reached out to their team to help me create a custom profit and loss report and they had it done within 24hrs. Super responsive customer support and always willing to help - keep in mind they were doing this while I was on the free so I am looking forward to paying for this software after the trial expires! 10/10.
