When we made the switch to Shopify, our marketing team was thrilled because of all the tracking and data they could mine. In operations, though, we struggled with getting the information we needed to fulfill orders and manage inventory...until we found Advanced Reports. It gives us all the information we need to know what we've sold, to track costs and profit, etc... When I can't figure out how to set up a report myself, they are quick to walk me through it or even just go ahead and set it up. FIVE STARS.

I've looked at a lot of apps for reporting and this one is by far the best. You can group filters, create custom columns and the support team is stellar! Definitely recommend.

Very very very great app. Helped me get an entire new perspective on my reports and inventory. I downloaded originally for the purpose isolating hours of the day + days of the weeks to get a broader view of my stores traffic. But once I started using the app I have found the inventory on hand reports to be extremely helpful! I even made a request for a feature add and it was added within hours of me sending the email. Great customer support and great app!!

Yulia worked with me to produce and then fine tune the report I needed. While the app is a bit expensive for what I feel should be included in any POS (a simple end of day report) I am grateful to have a working solution.

Mipler is a really good app with detailed customization for reports. On top of that they have a very responsive and helpful staff.

I absolutely love this app, but the best part has definitely been the customer service. I was struggling to get a specific report to work and had almost given up hope. I even contacted a Shopify expert, and they quoted me a ridiculous price to do it. But then I reached out to Denis on the customer service team, who was a total pro. He was able to quickly and easily create the report using the app, and I'm so grateful for his help. If you're on the fence about this app, try it. The customer service alone is worth it.

This app has been a life saver for us! Financing reports had always been very time consuming, taking hours of my working weeks. Shopify didn't provide the reports or data that we needed. Mipler helped us build two very bespoke reports that now mean we can do a months work within just 1/2 a day. They were helpful and attentive and I would really recommend using them.
