Consider this an open warning to anyone thinking about using this app. A simple documentation error by ASM cost us about $1,000 in revenue during our first 45 days using their app.
Despite the fact that they "guarantee the ROI of their app," they never responded or acknowledged our multiple requests for them to consider waiving their fees.
The ASM team earned this review by ignoring support requests and costing us a significant amount of money.

Really could do with some dedicated support in order to get this setup.
I signed up for this module based on all the reviews but have never really been able to work out how to get this working.
I had someone set one part of this up for me after which I really don't know what to do.
