Advanced Shipping Manager

I've worked with Kingwebmaster for a few years now. First when we were using Yahoo Stores and now that we are on Shopify. This is the only app I could find that offers customers an expected delivery date calculator at checkout for each shipping method. Which is huge for us since it helps to convert sales. Many of our customers are last minute shoppers or they need their items for a trip. This feature is especially helpful for customers who need to be assured that their next day air or 2nd day air packages will arrive by a certain date. Burt & Dan are super helpful. They've always answered my emails/questions right away. I feel like they really care about my business. Highly recommend!

I am giving 5 stars for the service provided by Burt and Dan. I started a multivendor marketplace between China and Australia which required Sea and Air deliveries. Burt provided all the technical support for over 10 months adjusting the data input as things changed. Calls between the US and Australia was not an issue for him. Thanks for the excellent service and support over the last 10 months and looking forward to more of the same. *****

I needed something simple and easy to use for some pretty advanced shipping methods. They helped get me going and implemented. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend using them for your Shopify shipping methods.

Definitely an awesome service. We've been having an issue integrating UPS for over a month now before getting ASM. The issue was with Shopify's default UPS Carrier Calculated Rates plugin, it wasn't recognising our shipping from address in the Dominican Republic. The ASM team got to work immediately and in the span of a week we has resolved our issue with UPS and also integrating FedEx.

I highly recommend this plugin for anyone, not just for it's great functionality but for the dedicated level of support from King Web Master. They really extend the arm in helping you solve issues regarding shipping :)

KingWebMaster is taking care of my need to ship from 5 different suppliers in 4 different zip codes. Plus they make it possible for some of my products to have free shipping, flat shipping or ship by weight calculating with the carrier I have set. They are always there to help me if I have a questions or issue.
KingWebMaster meets my needs, but Shopify needs to find a way to integrate the Advanced Shipping Manager into their platform. Automation would save me a lot of time and brain cells.

Dan and his team are AMAZING! They are always so quick to respond and have come up with some really unique and creative solutions to any kind of crazy promotions we want to try. They make getting set up so easy and I don't have to worry about not having the perfect shipping customizations for our store. They make everything simple!!

At AmericanBarbell.com, we have an extremely complex shipping setup. We have over 1000 products. Many of these products are shipped via normal ground shipping methods, and many of our items require LTL freight shipping. In addition, we offer free shipping on promotional items, and discounted shipping rates based on what a customer may order. We required a very complicated shipping rule setup and Advanced Shipping Manager has had a solution for every problem we could of possibly dreamed up. Fantastic app with many great features. ASM was the only shipping solution that met all of our requirements. The support is top-notch and very quick to answer any questions.

Really great app when you need to control shipping at the individual SKU level. Perfect for stores that have partial drop ship inventory and on hand inventory that ships out with different delivery durations. Burt is great to work with and knows shipping and this app.
