This app has helped our company tremendously. I was referred to Dan Rotem, with KingWebmaster months ago and our ecommerce site has increased sales over 190% from 2019. More importantly, is the continuous support and knowledge we gain from using their firm and this particular app. The team at KingWebmaster is always available, solve all our problems to include suggestions of alternate methods, and maintain a professionalism beyond the average. We use this app to generate drop ship shipping rates for big distro orders shipped directly from our factory. Since our factory and US warehouse are both in a different time zone we were not always able to provide rates in a prompt manner to our European customers. However, with this app we are able to provide drop ship rates live to our customers, just as if the order was shipping from our warehouse and without having to pick up the extra cost.
Recently, we decided to provide a second shipping carrier to our EU customers and needed to duplicate the weight brackets. I contacted Lance and he was able to help us duplicate the shipping rate and all we had to do was edit the pricing. This helped us save a lot of hours we would have spent doing it manually.
A few days later Lance contacted me to check everything was working properly and provided further advice with another shipping rate issue. Overall we are pretty happy with the app and the customer service.

A great app with tons of functionality and flexibility. We haven't exhausted its potential yet but have used it to customize shipping options for certain products and limit international shipping to countries where we cannot ship our products. Customer service is extremely prompt and helpful!

I admit to being intimidated by the pricing as a small business, and I think that is important to talk about here. But it has turned out to be MORE than worth it. This is a helpful, well-designed, well-thought-out app that has allowed us to offer better and more customizable shipping rates for our customers. It takes some time to get everything set up correctly, but the customer support is helpful in this process, and after taking the time to get everything in order we have found that it works beautifully.

In particular, being able to mark specific products as eligible or not eligible for certain shipping methods has enabled us to offer Media Mail as an economy shipping rate on products that meet USPS guidelines and to offer USPS Flat Rate shipping boxes on some of our most popular packages that fit in them. Our customers really appreciate these shipping options.

We have been using ASM since December and continue to be very satisfied with it!

We use this app across several Shopify stores. Whenever we need help, they are always quick to reply and help us figure out a resolution to whatever we need be it something we can set up with their default settings or even something custom that requires more help. Good CS is hard to come by but not with ASM. They always succeed in helping us with what we need.

So much faster setting up with Shopify than with Yahoo. Burt, as always, was amazing and so glad he's back with King Webmasters.
