Super helpful and responsive in solving any types of issues or concerns. We had a complicated integration and the team has jumped on many calls with us to assist in working through it. Burt and the team are awesome to work with!

Excellent customer support. We use multiple different apps to run our storesite, but most do not offer the type of support I always get from ASM. I didn't have to wait 24 hrs for a response, as a matter of fact, they offered to call and work with me through the issue in less than 5 minutes of contacting their support team. They care about their customers and it shows. Have been using this app for years now and have always had the same great experience.

We knew that we had to have more control of our shipping options. After searching around, we found ASM would give us the control of restricting shipping options on a per SKU basis.

Integration was very easy and Burt was very easy to work with and helpful in answering my questions, but he is a very busy guy.

Being able to upload and update SKUs through CSV is very handy. We have an Excel template built to easily get our information into ASM.

One thing I would like to see is an error alert whenever someone receives a "No Shipping Method" found with the details of their cart.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our decision to go with ASM.

The best app we have ever used! The response time from this team is amazing! I highly recommend them! They have saved us THOUSANDS while we have used them!

Support is great, Burt walked me through the process more than once. New update allows the ASM catalog to automatically link with Shopify, which is great news. All in all, very happy with the app.

Finally got an answer for something we've been trying to accomplish for quite some time. Burt J was knowledgeable in USPS mail methods and will help us save our customers on shipping costs. Thanks Burt J!

Advanced Shipping Manager has been a wonderful tool! Are you looking for tons of advertisement, flashy website, thousands of promises? Pass your way because with ASM you won't get any of these, you only get an app that always work properly. Install it, customize it and forget it forever! Despite the weird branding (KingWebmaster) these guys are knowledgeable and ready to help by either fixing problems on their app faster than anything we have seen in the past 7 years or to customize it for your specific needs for a reasonable price. Do not hesitate to try it, I do recommand it and we are using it since exactly one year now so we know what we are talking about! Nice job!

Great team at ASM and a fantastic app to increase sales conversions. The configuration options are exhaustive, I was amazed by how easy it was to implement and manage our stringent shipping needs with a simple spreadsheet and just a few shipping rules.
