Really great support to help get shipping up and running on your website. Thoroughly impressed. Very responsive over the phone or email. So far a great app! Very nice features.

Very powerful and flexible shipping methods and rules. Can likely handle anything you can throw at it. Customer services is excellent. Burt is very willing to help and goes above-and-beyond to make sure everything is setup and working properly.

Awesome Product! This does EXACTLY what we were looking for. I wish I discovered it a LONG time ago. Not only does the product handle the different issues we have with weight and shipping and box quantities, the SUPPORT IS SUPERIOR to anything else I've used in the past. This is a MUST HAVE app if you want to get your shipping dialed in. I am very pleased and its completely worth the monthly cost.

Advanced Shipping Manager is a must have app. It's easy to use and is very powerful. We can't live without it. We had it on our Yahoo stores, then when we migrated, on our Shopify stores. We were thrilled it was available on Shopify. We have worked with King Webmaster for a very long time, over a decade. We can't say enough about Dan and the team. They are top notch. I've been using this app for years. The customer service is great, and I love how easy it is to make multiple shipping options in my shop!

I've been using Advanced Shipping Manager from King Webmaster (as well as their Centrifuge inventory management system) since 2013. I used the app with my original Yahoo store and now with my Shopify store.

Advanced Shipping Manager lets you customize every aspect of your shipping options. One huge perk is being able to accurately give customers an estimate of when their order will arrive and allowing me to add extra handling days to certain items that might need it. That's huge because if 99% of my items ship the same day from my warehouse but 1% are special order and require 2 extra days of processing time, I want the customer to see that reflected in their delivery estimate. Another big one is making sure the shipping charges are accurate if a customer chooses something like over night shipping. I've seen instances where a shipping calculator might totally miss the actual cost of overnight shipping by $25+. That can be a huge deal, especially if you are shipping a low profit margin item.

Overall I've been more than pleased with Advanced Shipping Manager and King Webmaster in general. They offer good support and will help you resolve and problems you have. Having US based phone support is a HUGE plus over most of the other apps I've used for my store.

Highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager. Shipping works as it should but, more importantly, customer service is quick and effective.

We have been using ASM for years, primarily to help us bring in our negotiated UPS SurePost rates that Shopify doesn't support. We also recently starting using their shipping rules and to offer free shipping on specific products. I can't say enough good things about the customer service provided, specifically by Burt. He is always super responsive, willing to work with whatever rep and information provided to him, in a timely manner to make sure our problems are solved. ASM will make sure you are set up correctly, answer all questions, and be there for troubleshooting whenever you need it!

This app greatly expands the capabilities of Shopify in terms of hierarchical rule-based shipping. Burt is a wonderful account manager, very helpful and responsive!

The front-end of this app could definitely use an image overhaul, but it works like a charm!
