Simple and easy to use app. Support is quick when I need help, and we have had no issues with shipping at all since using this app.

The support is what sets this app apart. Their team always comes through with suggestions and solutions to help us. Initially we waited on getting it because we thought it was a little pricey, but the support is fantastic and it has saved us a lot of money and countless hours we would have spent trying to fix shipping problems. We have over 30 apps and ASM has been instrumental for tweaking both domestic and international shipments. ASM gives us complete control of our shipping methods, product restrictions and pricing. Great app with tons of features! The customer service is outstanding. Most sites take about 24 hours to respond. Not ASM, Lance got back to me within the hour and implemented the additional feature I needed. Couldn't be happier!

We've been using this shipping app for over 4 years now and love the flexibility and ease of use it offers. The few times I needed support I got help immediately which is much appreciated. You can really lock down your rates, offer free shipping on certain items, specify box sizes so you don't bleed money, eliminate shipping methods based on product, etc. I'm impressed with the app and level of service I receive when needed.

First let me say that the Customer Support is great. No question goes unanswered. I am very secure in knowing that my needs are addressed in a timely manner. Our store drop ships items from various vendors located in the US. Dimensional weighting is a big issue. Items that need to be delivered by LTL regardless of weight can be identified. This Application permits you to indicate the origin of your shipment which is important to keep the shipping cost down for your customer. We are now using the shipping calculator on our site. I would highly recommend this App
