Advanced Shipping Manager is a great, GREAT APP! It provides me with tremendous flexibility in the choices I can give my customers and that results in happy, satisfied customers who get my products in their hands quicker and at what they know is a fair cost. The greatest strength to this app is without a doubt, the CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASM's developers are incredibly responsive and were able to help one of my newer people (who was just a novice with Shopify and API's) understand the API environment because they spent time working patiently with them. I would recommend ASM to anyone who wants to create a customized, user friendly shipping experience as part of their overall customer environment. This app takes our shipping offering to the next level. The team at King Webmaster has been instrumental in our success. They have been able to answer all of our questions, and come up with creative solutions to ever challenges that we've thrown their way. Highly recommended.

I am amazed!!! I had a serious back end (shipping) issue as I use multiple ship points and my largest problem was the fact that we ship LARGE box antennas and HAD to have a shipping app that would allow dimensional sizing as well as weights and for multiple services. Of course i do not even know probably a tenth of this apps capability as of yet. I have to say the support department is second to NONE. I have had the greatest experience and have to say I am not used to such fantastic support service these days. If you want the BEST, go with this company, Advanced Shipping Manager.

This is an extremely useful app that is supported by truly great customer service. This system is quite intricate, enabling it to adapt to pretty much any scenario you may encounter. This app allowed us to provide much more accurate real-time courier rates than what we were able to obtain with the Shopify Plus courier rates, as well as implementing shipping markups based on item, order, and shipping destination. Would highly recommend to any Shopify merchant who needs real-time shipping rates and the ability to customize shipping options.

We have used many shipping apps before, and we always have issues. Finally, after many trials and errors, we ended up using this app and was so happy with the number of features it has. It is a perfect fit for our website; I would recommend this app for any sites that need complex shipping rules.

I don't usually rave about an app.... But LOOK NO FURTHER! If you have anything from simple to complicated shipping (like we do) this app (and their team) is a lifesaver. (and expense saver!) We spent thousands for years on a 'custom shipping' software for our stores. It worked "ok" but always some issue here and there, plus the team was hard to get response from. When they wanted to raise rates AND issue a 'new improved' version there was nothing but problems and lost revenue. Found ASM and we're not looking back! It takes a second to figure out the settings but the team is great and will actually talk to you on the phone (old school user appreciates this). Thank you, ASM!
