This is a helpful, well-designed, well-thought-out app that has allowed us to offer better and more customizable shipping rates for our customers. It takes some time to get everything set up correctly, but the customer support is helpful in this process, and after taking the time to get everything in order we have found that it works beautifully.

In particular, being able to mark specific products as eligible or not eligible for certain shipping methods has enabled us to offer Media Mail as an economy shipping rate on products that meet USPS guidelines and to offer USPS Flat Rate shipping boxes on some of our most popular packages that fit in them. Our customers really appreciate these shipping options.

We have been using ASM since December and continue to be very satisfied with it!

We use this app across several Shopify stores. Whenever we need help, they are always quick to reply and help us figure out a resolution to whatever we need be it something we can set up with their default settings or even something custom that requires more help. Good CS is hard to come by but not with ASM. They always succeed in helping us with what we need.

So much faster setting up with Shopify than with Yahoo. Burt, as always, was amazing and so glad he's back with King Webmasters.

Lance from Advanced Shipping Manager walked me through setting up ASM for my website every single step of the way. From an initial on-boarding call to 10-15 minute delay in e-mail responses he has really made me feel like support is actually supposed to feel like! I run a shopify site with a lot of complex shipping requirements; LTL from multiple different locations to the customer and he was ready with a solution for every question. We use Advanced Shipping Manager on all of our sites but it was particularly helpful for our UK site where we needed to price shipping differently to different regions based on the product and weight with several custom factors. Their customer support team helped us every step of the way until we got everything exactly as needed. We highly recommend this app if you need any type of custom shipping options.

I have never experienced such great customer service! I had a lot of trouble getting my app set up and going and the integration of my particular shipping methods..
