Support is great, Burt walked me through the process more than once. New update allows the ASM catalog to automatically link with Shopify, which is great news. All in all, very happy with the app.

This is a great app that allows me to charge shipping on specific items and make rules for shipping to different places. Saves me lots of money. PLUS, great customer service!!

Advanced Shipping Manager has been a wonderful tool! Are you looking for tons of advertisement, flashy website, thousands of promises? Pass your way because with ASM you won't get any of these, you only get an app that always work properly. Install it, customize it and forget it forever! Despite the weird branding (KingWebmaster) these guys are knowledgeable and ready to help by either fixing problems on their app faster than anything we have seen in the past 7 years or to customize it for your specific needs for a reasonable price. Do not hesitate to try it, I do recommand it and we are using it since exactly one year now so we know what we are talking about! Nice job!

This app has been crucial for our site. We ship both small and large items, courier and freight, from multiple warehouses, with different shipping policies -- and so we required an app that could deal with our complicated situation. Extremely powerful and customizable. We offer shipping via UPS, Fedex, USPS, LTL, offer free shipping over a certain order total for qualified items, and Shopify wasn't able to offer this level of flexibility out of the box. Thankfully ASM offers all of this and more.
