Support is great and generally quick to reply. Burt and Dan are responsive to questions and getting platform set up.

Here is the drawback to this app with Shopify, if you set a free shipping threshold, say $35, and a customer purchases $35 worth of goods and then uses for example a 10% coupon code, the order net drops below the free shipping threshold and customer should pay shipping. ASM does not recognize the discount from Shopify so the app offers free shipping when it should not. They have a field where you can ignore coupons in the app, but does not work for Shopify and AMS says this due to how Shopify sends the info to them. There is a possible workaround they are looking into but not available yet. This is a big deal and can be costly, so hope it gets worked on soon, otherwise may need to look for another solution.

Best shipping app for Shopify. We have a complex shipping arrangement with different products using shipping methods and the customer service was able to help us quickly and easily get this set up for us. Quick responses and great overall helpfulness. Totally worth every penny.

Wow, this app saved us a ton of time and money. It also literally took 30 min from start to finish to set it up and go live. Both Burt and Dan were a pleasure to work with and seemed to know the answer to all my questions before I finished asking them. These guys have been great, and we're excited to have this new functionality going into the holidays. They've been super responsive and helpful in getting everything set up.

For us, this allows us to have real time DHL rates, estimated arrival dates, and enables a ton of custom functions for particular brands and products that need it.

It's something we'll soon question how we ever lived without it.

If you Drop ship or Ship LTL you need this app on your site. If you don't get a handle on your shipping, you will die a slow painful death. Advanced Shipping Manager will eliminate that scenario. This app is not the cheapest, but it is the best. After trying the cheaper options this app is free. Customer service is top-notch and the app is really easy to use. Easy to set up shipping options for each product, one issue I had with Shopify was setting up free shipping on some products, ASM takes care of that. I highly Recommend this app.

A little complicated to get setup (for a non IT person), but well worth it and support was great.
This app allows us to integrate carrier accounts that aren't standard in shopify for LTL shipping and to tweak the rates however we need to for various regions to be sure we are covered. I would definitely recommend.

Using multiple carriers can cause a lot of hiccups but Advanced Shipping Manager is the most user friendly shipping app I have found. The tech support is amazing...they answer the phone, respond to emails, and will happily help you with any configuration that you are struggling with. Shipping costs are so important to eCommerce, it can make or break a sale so having an app with good support is a MUST! Thank you so much for all of your help!!
