Advanced Shipping Manager

This app did exactly what I was looking for and solved my shipping issues in every way. It is highly customizable and offer an easy to use interface while still giving you total control over every aspect of your shipping needs. The level of service offered and support is second to none and I highly recommend this product and stand behind the developers.

The support is what sets this app apart. Their team always comes through with suggestions and solutions to help us. Initially we waited on getting it because we thought it was a little pricey, but the support is fantastic and it has saved us a lot of money and countless hours we would have spent trying to fix shipping problems. We have over 30 apps and ASM has been instrumental for tweaking both domestic and international shipments. ASM gives us complete control of our shipping methods, product restrictions and pricing. Great app with tons of features! The customer service is outstanding. Most sites take about 24 hours to respond. Not ASM, Lance got back to me within the hour and implemented the additional feature I needed. Couldn't be happier!

The App has helped our store immensely, however, the process and extra step for uploading and importing a CSV file each time we make a change with our products is time-consuming and frustrating. There must be a way to automate this???
