Our experience with this app has been great! We are VERY pleased with the customer service we have received in the little time that we've been using the app now. Burt is FIRST CLASS in his communication, promptness and knowledge in the field of shipping and freight.

The support provided by Burt and ASM is second to none. Always very responsivee and they keep going until the issue is resolved. An usually it's not an issue...rather it's just me trying to do something and not knowing how to set-it-up!
My main product is sold by the square foot. Shipping it via UPS involves a large box to hold a tube with my product wrapped around it, and the weight for the box, the tube, plus the product (based on quantity). It's a complicated shipping calculation that needs the customer address and our linked UPS account. ASM handles this easily.
On top of that, the support, usually Burt, to help users configure such details is domestic US support with expert, friendly people. One of the very best plug in apps for our store.
This is the best shipping extension you can install! I would 100% recommend this app. The support team is amazing (Burt and Dan) and they work with you to personalize your setup so the app works around you rather than you working around the app. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for everything you do.
