The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. Highly, highly recommend. We've been an Advanced Shipping Manager customer for a decade (previously on another platform) and over that entire time, whenever we've had an issue (we've had very few), Dan and his team have been extremely responsive, helpful, and quick with a solution. On top of great service, the app itself is great. Highly customizable to meet any complex shipping need.
