Highly, highly recommend. We've been an Advanced Shipping Manager customer for a decade (previously on another platform) and over that entire time, whenever we've had an issue (we've had very few), Dan and his team have been extremely responsive, helpful, and quick with a solution. On top of great service, the app itself is great. Highly customizable to meet any complex shipping need.

If you're considering something else, don't. Try this app first, I'm confident you'll happy you did.

Burt and his team are amazing to work with. They're quick with their responses and their app is very easy to work with. ASM stands up to its name and our company relies heavily on them for advanced freight.

I honestly don't like leaving reviews willy nilly, but these guys deserve 5 stars and more. They're always on top of issues to resolve. ALWAYS very knowledgeable, and ALWAY ready to help as much as possible with lots of enthusiasm. The app is amazing, does exactly what it needs to, and there are countless features which I haven't even delved into. Definitely one of the first apps I'd install on a new store.
